An Accredited Hand Therapist is a qualified physiotherapist or occupational therapist with expertise in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. 

This expertise has been developed through post-graduate education and training. 

Hand therapy practitioners treat trauma and pain of the hand and upper limb caused by workplace injury, sporting injury, car accident injury, and conditions like tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, and arthritis.
