Seeking a course developer for an elective wound course

The AHTA requires an advanced course in the area of wound care to be developed to meet the learning goals/needs of therapists practising in hand therapy. This course would need to meet the AQF 8 standards: such as 50 hours of learning including assessments and cover all areas within the Hand Therapy Certification Commission Guidelines that relate to provision of wound care.

The course developer will have a degree in nursing, occupational therapy or physiotherapy is required.  Expert knowledge in the area of tissue healing and wound management is required.  Preference for experience in working in a multidisciplinary clinic involving nursing, occupational therapists and physiotherapists or experience in working with trauma, plastics, burns, orthopaedics and vascular/lymphoedema areas of practice.
