The AHTA invites you to attend the All about the thumb – a surgeon's perspective webinar, being presented by Dr Tony Beard and hosted by the NSW Division. This registration page is for online attendance.

Join us for the first NSW meeting for 2026 to hear Dr Tony Beard talk about a variety of thumb-related topics – including assessment pearls, some of the common clinical presentations and their management from both a surgical and non-surgical perspective.

Dr Tony Beard, a well-known hand and wrist surgeon with extensive clinical & teaching experience. Dr Beard has worked for many years at The RNSH Hand & Microsurgery Unit and at North Shore Private Hospital. He has always been a great supporter of the importance and value of a collaborative approach from hand therapists in his patient's care.
