Myofascial Chains of the Upper Limb | WA Meeting

The AHTA invites you to attend the Myofascial Chains of the Upper Limb - palpation, the impact of proximal on distal, and some practical strategies to help it all meeting, being hosted by the WA Division. This meeting is being held face-to-face only. Please note places are limited.

Presented by Kathryn Phillips AHT BodyFlex Occupational Therapy

Kathryn has a special interest in soft tissue management, having attained a post-graduate certificate in 2013 and undergone further education in Fascial Manipulation Stecco method and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation. 

Kathryn addresses the body holistically, encompassing self-administered and therapist applied neuromuscular therapy techniques, stress management and a healthy lifestyle as part of her care regime.

Please note: Come prepared for an interactive workshop, dress in comfortable clothes so you can lay on the floor and be able to palpate upper ribs and shoulder blades.

Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat or towel for their own comfort as there will be some floor-based activities. 
We are excited to welcome all new associate members of the AHTA, along with non-members and enthusiastic students.
