WA State Interest Group Meeting - October 2024 | WA Meeting

The AHTA invites you to attend the WA State Division Group meeting, being hosted by the WA Division. This registration page is for in-person attendance.

The next meeting will be held on Saturday 19 October 2024 at the OT department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, commencing at 9:00am. 

InHand Occupational Therapy will be presenting “Getting a grip on the whole upper limb”:

• Shoulder: What’s happening upstream: neck and shoulder screening advice from the experts. Guest speaker: Rob Naish, Manipulative Physiotherapist (Perth Sports Physio)
• Elbow: PINning down radial tunnel syndrome. Amanda Radford, AHT. 
• Wrist: or thumb? Pain with weightbearing. Mick Fitzgerald, AHT.
• Hand: Peace Love Dupuytren’s. Helen Fitzgerald, AHT.
• Finger: Keeping your finger on the pulse: statins and trigger finger. Elisha Stefanelli, AHT.

As always we invite all of rural colleagues to join us via zoom, as well as those who are not available to attend in-person. Please take care when registering to choose either online or in-person.  

We look forward to welcoming all the new associate members who have joined the AHTA as well as non-members and eager students. Please note that once the registration closes via the online portal 48 hours prior, there will be absolutely no late registration.
