About the Opportunity

This opportunity would suit a therapist already working at a senior level or with 2 - 3 years of clinical hand therapy experience who is looking to further develop their expertise. Our unique development pathways support therapists at every stage of their career, helping you build advanced skills and establish a strong professional reputation in hand therapy. This full-time role is primarily based at our central and southern clinics, with occasional coverage at other locations as needed.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

We’re looking for enthusiastic professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist (current AHPRA)
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Availability to work a 76-hour fortnight across multiple clinic locations
  • A genuine passion for hand therapy, a friendly approach, and a willingness to take on a new challenge
