Insight Hand Therapy is located on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, and provides services focusing on rehabilitation of the hand, wrist and elbow. Consultations are provided by an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association) and are client-centred and evidence-based with a strong focus on education and recovery. Services include custom thermoplastic splinting, scar and wound care, oedema management, upper limb lymphoedema management, individual exercise prescription and rehabilitation. We commonly see individuals for both conservative management of conditions, as well as providing post-surgical care. Common conditions managed include arthritis, trigger finger, De Quervains and other tendinopathies, wrist & finger fractures, nerve compressions (eg carpal tunnel), chronic pain conditions and many more! Face-to-face appointments across 2 clinic locations (Currumbin Waters & Murwillumbah), home visits and telehealth options available.
