Patient handouts
Our members have developed patient handouts that provide general information.
Each handout is available in two versions, one with bleed (printer's marks) and one without.
If using a professional printer, use the bleed option.
If printing in-house, please use the version without bleed and ensure that “shrink to fit” is selected when you enter the quantity you wish to print on your computer. If printing with standard copy paper, please use single-sided printing to ensure content is legible on both pages.
