The AHTA is committed to running courses as advertised.

Changes will not be made to dates or mode of delivery unless the government mandates us to do so. Please check your government requirements for travel. The Education Cancellation Policy will apply.

The well-being of all presenters and participants at our courses is and continues to be our highest priority.

The AHTA will:

Vaccinations – Check evidence of presenters, participants and volunteer vaccinations to ensure everyone's safety.

Physical distancing – Set up the venue to provide visitors to maintain physical distancing of 1.5 metres.

Wear a face mask – Ask participants to wear a mask.

Catering – Arrange for catering breaks to take place outdoors (where possible) so that masks can be removed (safely).

Practise good hygiene – Provide a sanitiser for frequent use by all attendees.

Cleaning – Ask venues to regularly clean and disinfect shared spaces, including high touch communal items such as doorknobs.

Improve indoor air quality – Ask venues to open windows and leave doors open in hallways and corridors to increase outdoor airflow into the space and will arrange where practicable for attendees to eat and break outdoors.
